The large mural painted on the side of a building at the energy plant owned by Sunlaw Cogeneration Partners I at 2045 East Vernon Avenue is titled "Aztec Princess". It was painted by artist Eloy Torrez and is a portrait of the artist's girlfriend (seen here).
